Candles

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our candles. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund once verified.

Because all candles are hand-poured to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as scent preference or general dissatisfaction once the product has been used.
